Legendary Blueberry
Rating **** (4 stars)
Purchased from: 7-11
Last time I tried Legendary Pastry, I wasn’t too impressed. The bright blue packaging caught my eye and I quickly reconsidered previous encounter. The moment I opened it, the blueberry aroma hit me, and I knew I’d made the right decision. The sweet icing on top gives it a nice touch, and the pastry itself is thicker and chewier than I remembered, but in a good way! The blueberry filling may not be overflowing, but it was still very tasty. Now I’m curious to hunt down some of the other flavors too!

Catalina Crunch Chocolate Vanilla Sandwich Cookies
Rating **** (4 stars)
Purchased from: Sprouts
I’ve been missing Oreo cookies ever since my diagnosis. So when I spotted Catalina Crunch Sandwich Cookies at Sprouts, I had to grab a box. They look just like Oreos. And they even smell like them! The best part? You can still do the classic twist-and-pull before taking a bite. The cookie has a rich chocolate flavor (a little on the chewy side), but the creme? Oh, the crème totally makes the cookie!

Jones Sugar Free Cola
Rating **** (4 stars)
Purchased from: Ralphs
I couldn’t believe it when I discovered Jones Soda came out with a sugar-free cola! First things first, I made sure it was ice cold before tasting. I poured it into a glass, it got this foamy little head, almost like a beer (which made me smile). Super fizzy and fun! The first sip was good classic cola flavor, light and refreshing. Honestly, it’s the perfect drink for a hot summer day.

Magic Spoon Dark Chocolate Granola
Rating: ***** (5 stars)
Purchased from Target
I’ve known about Magic Spoon cereal for a while. I just discovered they make granola too, and it’s seriously good! Unlike most granolas that pack in around 14 grams of sugar, this one only has 2 grams per serving (my sweet tooth is grateful). It’s super chocolatey with just a hint of nuttiness, and the texture is nice and chewy. Honestly, I had to stop myself from eating the whole bag before I even sat down to write this review!

Powell Orange Cream Soda
Rating: **** (4 stars)
Purchased from: Albertsons
I really love the creative design on the Powell Orange Cream soda can—it just feels fun before you even take a sip! The soda itself is lightly fizzy, not overly bubbly, which makes it super smooth. The smell instantly takes me back to childhood creamsicles. With the hot weather in Los Angeles lately, that cold, refreshing orange flavor hits the spot. It does have just 1 gram of sugar, but the cool part is it’s also loaded with good stuff like fiber, vitamin B, zinc, and antioxidants.

No Cap Strawberry Dream Soda
Rating: ***** (5 stars)
Purchased from: Albertsons
No Cap Strawberry Dream soda totally caught me off guard. The moment I popped it open, the sweet strawberry scent hit me. The first sip made me think of strawberry cream soda. If there is such a thing. Some people describe it as a strawberry ice cream float flavor. It’s bubbly, sweet and refreshing, the perfect treat to cool down with on a hot summer day! Also it’s totally sugar free.

One Protein Bar Hershey Bar Double Chocolate
Rating **** (5 stars)
Purchased at: 7-11
When I heard One Protein Bar was releasing a Hershey’s chocolate bar flavor, I knew I had to get my hands on it. It’s low sugar, just 1 gram, which is basically a win in my book. The chocolate flavor is rich and satisfying, and the texture? Oh, it’s dense, kind of like biting into a fudgy brownie. The rice krispies sprinkled throughout give it a nice crunch that makes every bite interesting. Sure, there’s that tiny hint of “protein bar” taste, but honestly, it’s so tasty that it barely matters. Definitely a snack worth keeping in your stash.

Nicks Cookie and Cream Ice Cream
Rating **** (4 stars)
Purchased at: Albertson’s
When I first heard about Nick’s Ice Cream, I was really excited. Most sugar-free or low-sugar ice creams are kind of… boring. Plain flavors, no fun mix-ins, Nick’s is different. Every flavor I’ve seen has something extra. I tried the Cookies and Cream, a favorite of mine. And wow, it did not disappoint. The first spoonful was super creamy with a bit of extra sweetness. And those cookie pieces? Total texture magic. Soft, and chewy. Nick’s might just be my new go-to for guilt-free frozen fun!

3 Wishes Cinnamon Cereal
I remember as a kid I loved starting my mornings with a big bowl of cereal before heading off to school. These days, it’s tough finding one that’s no sugar or low in sugar. Well, guess I struck gold at Albertson’s with Three Wishes Cinnamon Cereal!
This crunchy cereal only has 3 grams of sugar per serving, but with a huge cinnamon flavor. As soon as I took the first bite, that familiar cinnamon scent hit me and it stayed nice and crunchy, even with milk!
I was surprised by the crunch, honestly thought it was made with corn. But nope! It’s actually wheat-free, corn-free, rice-free, and oat-free. Instead, it’s made from chickpea, tapioca, pea protein, and a few other ingredients. How cool is that?
If cinnamon’s not your thing, don’t worry they’ve got other flavors too. Hopefully I’ll get to review those other flavors in the future.
Brexonic Sugar Free Cookies Traditional Danish Butter Cookies
When I spotted these Danish cookies on Amazon, I had to grab a tin! Growing up, my grandma always had those classic Danish butter cookies And yes, she used the empty tin for her sewing supplies
These cookies come in a tin similar to when I was growing up. I thought for sure Amazon would have dented the tin during shipping. But amazingly it arrived in perfect condition.
When I opened the tin it reminded me of my childhood all over again. There they were, nestled in those little white paper cups, just like when I was a kid. And that buttery aroma? Pure magic.
The cookies are rich, buttery, and lightly sweet. Just the way they should be. Honestly, they’re perfect with a cup of coffee or tea... or straight out of the tin when no one's looking!

SO Delicious Coconut Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Rating *** (3 stars)
Hey everyone! Sorry I didn’t post last week—I took a little vacation to recharge. But I’m back, and I’ll try to squeeze in an extra post this week to make up for it!
This time, I gave the SO Delicious Coconut Vanilla Bean Ice Cream a try. It’s dairy-free and has that premium, scoop-resistant vibe—seriously, it came out of the freezer like a frozen brick! I let it sit on the counter for about 20 minutes, but it was still pretty firm when I dug in (which is why there’s no ice cream pic this time… maybe next time I’ll wait 30?).
Once it finally softened up enough to try, I really enjoyed it! The coconut flavor is nice and mild, and the texture has a light creaminess that makes it super pleasant. A cool little treat—literally!
Tillamook Zero Sugar Smoked Sauage
Rating *** (3 stars)
I don’t usually go for jerky, but while wandering through my local Albertson’s, something caught my eye, Tillamook Zero Sugar Original Smoked Sausage. I figured, why not give it a shot?
These little snack-sized sausages are about 3 inches long—perfect for a quick bite. As soon as I opened the package, I was greeted with a deliciously smoky aroma that had me excited to take the first bite. That first bite had a satisfying little snap! The flavor was just what you’d hope for salty, meaty, and super tasty.
There’s a slight bit of that sausage-style greasiness, but it’s not too much—just enough to remind you it’s the real deal. Honestly, I think it would pair perfectly with something cold to drink. Definitely a fun little snack I’d try again!

Keto Pint Salted Caramel Almond Ice Cream Bars
Rating ***** (5 stars)
What’s summer without ice cream, right? So of course, I had to try and review some! I grabbed the Keto Pint Zero Added Sugar Salted Caramel Ice Cream Bars—and wow, they’re delicious! They taste just like regular ice cream, with that rich, creamy texture we all love. Best part? No weird artificial sweetener aftertaste like you sometimes get with no-sugar treats.
The caramel filling is super tasty, and the almond coating adds the perfect bit of crunch. I meant to snap a pic of the inside for you, but honestly, none of my photos turned out clear—oops! Just trust me, these bars are as yummy as they sound.
Oh, and while there’s no added sugar, they do have just 2 grams of natural sugar from the ingredients. Totally worth it for a summer treat!

Review of Vitamin Water Zero Sugar Dragonfruit
Review **** (4 stars)
I spotted this on the shelf at my local supermarket and just had to give it a try—especially since I had no idea what dragonfruit even tastes like! So, I grabbed one and headed over to Barnes Park in Monterey Park for a taste test. When I poured it into my cup, I was instantly a fan of the nice pink color—so fun! That first sip caught me off guard in a good way. It’s only lightly sweet with a nice fruity flavor. Honestly, it feels like the perfect drink to cool down with after a workout or hanging out in the sun!
